Delete Account
Note: You can only delete your account if you are no longer associated with workspaces. This is because you might still be responsible for tasks in those workspaces. You can transfer these tasks to another workspace member upon leaving.
- Go to Settings, in the upper right corner via the gear icon
- Click on Account & Login
- Click on Settings
- Select Delete your account
Leave a Workspace
Note: If you are the only administrator of a workspace, you cannot leave it. You must either make another workspace member an administrator or delete the workspace.
- Go to Settings, in the upper right corner via the gear icon
- Click on Manage my workspaces
- Select Leave workspace for the specific workspace
Delete a Workspace
Note: You can only delete a workspace if it no longer has members and active licenses. You can cancel licenses via Billing Settings » Cancel Licenses.
- Go to Workspace on the left menu
- Click on Settings
- Select Delete workspace
Cancel Licenses
Note: You can only cancel licenses not assigned to a user. Through the user overview, you can detach the license(s) from individual or multiple users at once.
- Go to Workspace on the left menu
- Click on Settings
- Select Billing Settings
- Select Cancel Licenses
Assign New Workspace Administrator
- Go to Workspace on the left menu
- Click on Users
- Select the button with the 3 dots next to the user
- Choose Details, this will open the user’s detail page
- Select the pencil icon next to Role
- Change the role to Administrator
