Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the digital meeting platform service (“Service”) offered by MeetingTrack, a trade name of MinuteTrack B.V. (“MinuteTrack,” “MeetingTrack”, “we,” or “us”).

MinuteTrack B.V.: MinuteTrack B.V., located in Broek op Langedijk, Chamber of Commerce number 91498139, operating under the name MeetingTrack.

By using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms and commits to complying with all provisions.

1. Definitions

1.1. “Service” refers to the digital meeting platform offered by MeetingTrack, including the app and digital platform.

1.2. “User” refers to any natural person or legal entity using the Service.

1.3. “Subscription” refers to a paid monthly or annual subscription to the Service.

1.4. “Minutes” refers to the recording of meetings, including agreements and decisions made.

2. Applicability

2.1 These terms apply to the Service offered by MeetingTrack.

2.2. MeetingTrack and User may only deviate from these terms if agreed upon in writing, referring to the relevant provision in these terms.

2.3. MeetingTrack and User expressly exclude the applicability of general terms and conditions of the User or third parties.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. Users must register and subscribe to access the Service.

3.2. Users are responsible for using MeetingTrack’s Services. Users will only use the Service for legitimate purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1. Users can choose from different subscription types, billed monthly or annually.

4.2. Subscription prices and payment terms are listed on the MeetingTrack website.

4.3. Payments are processed through a third party, the payment processor, and are subject to the terms of this service provider.

5. Privacy Policy

MeetingTrack’s Privacy Policy, which governs the processing of Users’ personal data, is available at https://meetingtrack.ai/privacy-policy/. By using the Service, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service exclusively belong to MeetingTrack.

6.2. Users may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service and may not infringe on MeetingTrack’s intellectual property rights.

7. Termination of Subscription

7.1. Users can terminate their subscription at any time according to the terms set out on the MeetingTrack website.

7.2. MeetingTrack reserves the right to terminate a User’s subscription in case of violation of these Terms.

8. Liability and Warranty

8.1. MeetingTrack accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of the Service.

8.2. Users ensure that the data they provide for the use of the Service is accurate and complete to effectively use the Service fully.

8.3. MeetingTrack does not guarantee that the Service will operate error-free or without interruptions.

9. Changes and Termination of the Service

9.1. MeetingTrack reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service and these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9.2. Users will be informed of significant changes to the Terms via email or the Service itself.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law.

10.2. Any disputes between the User and MeetingTrack will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
